Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
1. Shipping Policy
WHOOP products are shipped within India through authorized logistics partners from our own or third-party warehouses.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 working hours after order confirmation unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
- Estimated delivery timelines range between 2 – 4 working days in metro cities and 3 – 6 working days in non-metro cities.
- While we attempt to meet the above timelines, deliveries may be affected due to factors such as climatic conditions, festivals, elections, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
- Orders must be signed for at the time of delivery. WHOOP is not responsible for receipt of goods signed by someone other than the customer at the delivery address.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect address information.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
- Order tracking details will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in partial shipments depending on product availability.
- In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, we shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or other force majeure events.
2. Out-of-Stock Items
If a product is unavailable after order placement, customers will be informed within 2 business days and may choose to:
- Wait for restocking
- Exchange for another product
- Cancel the order for a full refund
Approved refunds for cancelled out-of-stock items will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order. If your request is received after this time, cancellation will not be possible.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
- Cancellation requests must be raised by contacting customer support at the earliest.
- WHOOP reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests once the order has entered the dispatch process.
4. Return and Replacement Policy
In India, WHOOP operates through its authorized local reseller, Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. Due to this arrangement:
- Returns are NOT accepted for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or buyer’s remorse.
- Replacements are permitted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is incorrect
- There are manufacturing defects in the product
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. All items present in the shipment must be returned.
For cases involving damaged products, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects, an unboxing video of the received shipment is mandatory. Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] along with the order details and the unboxing video. The video must be original, unedited, and untampered.
WHOOP and Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to deny any replacement, return, or refund request if the unboxing video is found to be unsatisfactory.
Once the unboxing video is submitted and the return is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged. Upon receipt at the warehouse and successful quality check, a replacement shipment will be initiated. This entire process may take up to 14 working days from the date of raising the complaint.

5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for cancelled orders before dispatch or if a replacement product is not available for dispatch.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing timelines may take up to 7–15 business days after approval.
- Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
- If a refund fails due to technical or payment-related issues, we will re-initiate the refund after verification.
No refunds or exchanges are available for:
- Opened or used products
- Orders accepted as correct at the time of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
6. Policy Updates & Contact
WHOOP reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
